"Consistently Excellent Service"
Consistently excellent service. The clothing is nice, but the sizing can be a bit off—either too small or way too big. For instance, I ordered a skirt for my daughter, who's quite petite, and when it came, it barely fit her. She didn't get to wear it much, but she really liked it. So, I decided to get another skirt in the next size up, but that one turned out to be way too large. Now she’s stuck waiting until she grows into it!

"Happy with my buy and the..."
I'm really happy with my buy and the quality of the kicks, but I ordered a size 34 and got a size 35 instead. I'm used to making do with shoes that don't fit quite right, so I'm just gonna keep 'em. The delivery was super fast and the price was pretty good. I'd say this site is a solid spot for shopping for teen shoes!

"Top-notch products and website, but delivery was a mess."
The products and the website are top-notch. Sadly, the shipping service really dropped the ball, and the gift showed up two days late for the young lady's birthday. I felt so awkward showing up to her party empty-handed! But when she finally got it, she was over the moon!

I'm still hanging on for a refund from this company. I returned the trousers I ordered in size 13/14, but they sent me a pair meant for age 9/10 instead.
